We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns and hopes for what you want to achieve. I'll ask questions about your background, history, and current situation to get a better understanding of you. The first session is typically 60 minutes, allowing ample time for exploration and understanding.
Do you accept insurance?
While I don't currently accept insurance directly, I can provide you with a Superbill after each session. You can submit this document to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. However, it's important to contact your insurance provider directly to understand your specific coverage details and reimbursement rates.
